Every detail was very good, particularly staff and location, overall I loved this hotel.

Stuff where decent and the hotel was little, it had practical location next to park.

Charming hotel, clean, courteous staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Tidy rooms with above average breakfast included.

The staff was attentive, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city so close to the park and all major points of interest, restaurants, bars. Cozy room with balcony over the park. Parque el Virrey bus station located near the venue was a plus.

The rooms were cheap, the staff was impeccable, the location was enjoyable. Stunning selection at breakfast including pastries, cereals and scrambled eggs. This premium hotel was adjacent to the beach.

The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms were inside facing and the pool was amazing. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Breakfast was excellent, it had coffee, eggs, cereal and pastries. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was pleasant.

Staff and rooms were perfect, the staff were eager to help. Also, I loved how easy the location was. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like El Museo del Tequila that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

This hotel was great value as opposed to other options. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the staff was charming. Rooms were impressive and welcoming and bathroom was elegant with a Jacuzzi. The venue was in a picturesque location, a short walk to shopping centers and nice stores. I liked the lunch in the nearby La Toscana. Excellent service, perfect restaurant on site.

Well-maintained place with phenomenal staff and good wi-fi. The gardens were lovely and my room was absolutely perfect and immaculate. My continental breakfast was inclusive and savoury, loved its service.

The breakfasts where great value and the service was good. I enjoyed an absolutely beautiful decor and nice furniture. The poolside bar was relaxing and the drinks were strong. Secure location, an easy walk to everywhere.

Large breakfast, unbeatable location, spotless place overall. And it also had marvellous view. Service was first-rate in the secluded hotel. We liked a trendy restaurant with a Jamaican menu.

It was a relaxing time staying at this secure hotel. Everything here was amazing, and the weather was warm, loved it. I had access to great parking, great pool.

The hotel was boutique, with fabulous staff and location. I booked a room with a really comfy bed, a safe, an electronic key card and a radio. Lighting was natural. Found in a downtown area.

Andres Carne de Res, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Location was GREAT, 9 miles to El Dorado International airport, perfectly reachable.
